Our family practice has been located in Milpitas for over 30 years. Dr. Michael Lum and
his wife Dr. Charmine Sinsay have continued the excellent dental tradition which began
with Dr. Howard Lum since 1967.

Dr. Michael Lum was born and raised in the Santa Clara Valley and graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Biology. Dr. Michael Lum completed his doctoral training in 1996 from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco. Constantly continuing to pursue courses in dental education, Dr. Michael Lum is able to provide his patients with the most current techniques and
technology available including cosmetic dentistry. He is an active member of the Santa Clara Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Charmaine Sinsay is a graduate of San Jose State University and completed her doctoral degree in 1996 from the Boston University School of Dentistry. She takes pride in providing her patients with the highest quality of oral health care in the most gentle and caring manner. Dr. Sinsay especially enjoys working with children. She is an active member of the Santa Clara Dental Association,
California Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

California, Berkeley and received his
doctoral training at the University of
Michigan. Dr. Howard Lum is one of the
pioneering dentists to open an office in
Milpitas in 1967. He is a member of the
Santa Clara Dental Association,
California Dental Association, and
American Dental Association.
